To secure a booking at Riversmeet we require a 30% deposit with the outstanding balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. A small booking fee is also applied at the time of booking, this is to cover any administrative costs when processing or handling your booking. Payment methods when booking the holiday cottage include credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cheque. Two dogs are welcome at Riversmeet and charged at an additional £30.00 each, please let us know at the time of booking if a dog will be coming on holiday with you. A travel cot and high chair can also be requested at no extra charge.
Please note there is a refundable £300.00 security deposit to be paid at the time of paying the balance. All being well this is returned to you within seven working days of your departure from Riversmeet.
All bookings and enquiries for Riversmeet in Instow are managed by My Favourite Cottages, a small independent holiday cottage agency based in North Devon. The team are available seven days a week from 9am to 8pm and can answer any queries you may have, as well as assist in setting up a booking.
